The hotel feels more like home than a hotel, and it's awesome. I was surprised by how clean the rooms were, but the area wasn't the best. Plenty of parking spaces available.

I had a great stay at the hotel - it was cheap and conveniently located near a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and exceeded my expectations. However, there was a terrible smell, despite the no smoking policy being advertised.
